Funding for SCCR comes from the communities that it serves. Individuals and groups in all of the communities make donations or memoriams, provide grants,    and/or participate in fundraising activities for the organization. It is through this funding that SCCR is able to provide services to people living with cancer.

Assistance from the various communities is also provided through being a driver for the transportation program, supplying food for groups and activities, volunteering time at organization activities and fundraisers or in the office or sewing head coverings.
